Whether as a team building evening with colleagues, for the birthday of a beloved family member or a wonderful cooking evening with friends: Congolese cooking with Bijoux: Team/Family & Friends cooking class is for everyone who wants to stay among themselves.
How does this activity work?
In this cooking class, you have the choice of either putting together your own menu including drinks as a family, colleagues or friends or let me surprise you. Should you choose the “Create menu” option, you will receive a list of the tastiest dishes from Congolese cuisine, from meat to fish, vegan or vegetarian. Starters, main courses and desserts are all included. Of course, we will also enjoy various beers on the African continent, wines from South Africa and schnapps from Namibia. There are also various soft drinks to choose from. Whether it's a self-made or surprise menu. I am happy to celebrate and enjoy Congolese cuisine with your colleagues, friends or family.
Who should definitely take part?
Everyone who is in the mood for a cooking class and wants to try something completely new is welcome. It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or someone with experience. The focus is on learning and having fun together.

I, Bijoux, grew up in Angola, Congo and later in Cologne, now in Berlin, learned to cook from my beloved grandma and would now like to make the diversity of African cuisine known beyond fufu and couscous.
