In addition to background knowledge on Thai cuisine, commodity knowledge about Asian ingredients and sources of supply for food, Thai food culture will also be the subject of this cooking course.

In this cooking class, you will learn everything you need to know about Thai cuisine from Thai chef Orawee Inkrungkao or Asian expert Clemens Drdla. They will introduce you to Thai cuisine and give you lots of tips and tricks.
