Here you will learn how to create an incredible 3-course meal with the wonderful aromas and spices of Levantine cuisine. Our experienced chef will show you how to prepare delicious beetroot falafel with hummus, a delicious veal schnitzel in pomegranate sauce with red onions and sultanas, and a fresh cream cheese cream with figs and orange-date sauce.
