Become a cooking expert! Our course will take you to the next stage of cooking. Learn how to handle milk, eggs (hollandaise and eggs benedict), meat and fish perfectly. Learn how to recognize good quality and create a great menu from a few basic ingredients. Scrambled eggs and egg benedict, hollandaise, dressings and especially fish preparations.
What is the process?

Michael Hoffmann completed his cooking apprenticeship at the 5-star hotel Bayerischer Hof. He also studied nutritional science and completed continuing education as a nutrition coach. Since 2016, he has been cooking regularly in his own cooking school and sharing his knowledge.
