In my “Taste of Japan” cooking class near Frankfurt, you will learn in 4 hours the art of gyoza folding, the secret of ramen broth and, depending on the season, how to prepare strawberry mochi, also known as Ichigo Daifuku or sweet, colorful sticky rice balls, also known as Hanami Dango. You will also receive exciting background information about Japan and its culinary traditions.

Whether you're a beginner or an amateur chef, this course is suitable for everyone who is in the mood for authentic tastes. Enjoy delicacies prepared together and take home a piece of Japan — including a recipe book and memories of an unforgettable evening!
