What you’ll do in the class
- 1st & 2nd appointment: Introduction to clay and turntable, sound preparation, centering, basic processing and shaping
- 3rd date: Turn off the works, attach handles and decoration as required
- 4th appointment: glazing with powder and coated glazes, get to know different glazing techniques
- Each appointment lasts 2.5 hours
- Individual support in small groups (max. 4 people)
What is included in the class?
- 4 sessions of 2.5 hours each
- All materials: clay, tools, glazes
- Two firings per piece
- Water, coffee, and tea
What to bring to the class
- Comfortable clothing that can be temporarily dirty
- The shorter the nails, the easier it is to make pottery. But we know many tricks to be able to work well even with long nails.
