Class description

What is the process?
In our course, learn everything about American BBQ, the smoker, pulled beef, shrimp in haybed or salmon fillet slices in wood wrap, spare ribs and chicken wings. It also includes grilled potato salad, corn on the cob, various dips, salad and dessert. In this course, we work with various charcoal and gas barbecues and, of course, with the smoker and pellet smoker. Have a great experience with nice people, discuss with the other participants and eat together. The course offers a lot of new things for participants in the basic course and also for grillers/BBQers who already have more experience. With lots of fun at the best BBQ, with nice people, you will easily become a BBQ and smoker pro.
