Together with Wanda, you will experience a cooking class at Studio32 Berlin that combines traditional recipes, modern plant-based cuisine and personal stories. Under professional guidance, you will learn how to create delicious dishes that go without compromises and simply taste like “good food.”
The art of gluten-free soul food
This course is all about flavorful, gluten-free cuisine made from authentic ingredients and creative techniques. Marion von Wanda — originally from South Tyrol and a trained star chef — shows you how alpine classics and Italian delicacies harmonize wonderfully in gluten-free form. You will learn how to prepare doughs, gnocchi and desserts in such a way that they do not need any substitute products, but are convincing.

What to expect in the course
After a warm welcome with a glass of sparkling wine, your hands-on cooking evening starts. Marion takes you step-by-step through all the dishes, explains techniques, shows tricks from her professional kitchen and tells you how she transforms traditional recipes into gluten-free soul food dishes. You will receive valuable tips on how to make gluten-free cuisine authentic, aromatic and uncomplicated — without compromising on taste.
During the course, you will learn:
- How to use gluten-free doughs and alternatives
- Techniques for implementing gluten-free cuisine easily, creatively and safely at home
- How to interpret traditional alpine dishes in a modern way
- the right combination of aromatic, seasonal ingredients
Finally, we enjoy the prepared menu together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Look forward to a lovingly put together 3-course menu that combines Marion's roots with her current cooking philosophy:
- Starter: Potato leaves with sauerkraut - Stuffed potato leaves with curd and spinach
- Main course: pumpkin gnocchi with beetroot sauce, pickled yellow beetroot, horseradish and pointed cabbage salad
- Dessert: Apfelkiacheln — baked apple rings in cinnamon sugar with creamy vanilla mousse
The entire menu is gluten-free & vegetarian — vegan on request.
