1st aperitif
with Pinot Nero Rosé Brut (Conte Vistarino, Lombardy)
2nd starter: Burrata — Blood Orange — Coriander — Lavender Oil
with Vantoux Blanc 2023 (Chateau Malijay, Southern Rhone)
3rd main course: deer sauerbraten — fruity port wine red cabbage — Viennese herb napkin dumpling
with Pinot Noir Buntsandstein 2020 (Marius Meyer, Südpfalz) and then with Pinot Nero Tavernetto 2020 (Conte Vistarino, Lombardy)
4th dessert: sherry cream — port wine fig - almond
