The spectrum of molecular cuisine is wide and yet it is not rocket science, as the recipes you will cook prove. Just try it out and be surprised how delicious and uncomplicated they are.

All ingredients and utensils that are needed are provided. You will also receive a welcome aperitif, a cooking apron and a digestif.

We are a dynamic team with lots of experience from various areas. Our colleagues have already cooked in the best hotels. We are looking forward to your visit and can hardly wait to share our knowledge with you.
We've learned a lot. The techniques were exciting. Unfortunately not everything worked out as it should. The gels were a bit low in taste. I would have hoped for a bit of refinement (e.g. cardamom in the mango)
