We've learned a lot. The techniques were exciting. Unfortunately not everything worked out as it should. The gels were a bit low in taste. I would have hoped for a bit of refinement (e.g. cardamom in the mango)

Very well organized and Patrick, as course instructor, did a great job. If the number of participants was a bit less, there would be a + on top.
