My interactive live online workshop is all about the perfect croissant: crispy, leafy, buttery — just like fresh from the Parisian boulangerie. I will guide you step by step through the entire process and share my best tips, tricks and secrets with you.
This is what you can expect:
Before the course, you will prepare a yeast dough yourself with the help of an instructional video and let it cool thoroughly — at least an hour, even overnight.
In the workshop, we put the butter in the dough together — the heart of every croissant! We pay attention to cooling times so that the delicate layers are not lost.
We also prepare two delicious fillings that give your croissants that certain something. Then we shape the croissants, let them rise nicely and bake them until golden brown — ready to enjoy!
