About this class
In this creative baking course, you will learn how to professionally assemble and fill cakes, how to make and color stable cream cheese frosting and Swiss buttercream, and how to coat the cake cleanly. You create and process drip glazes, work with tempered chocolate and modern silicone molds and refine your decoration with versatile spraying techniques and nozzles.
We deliberately refrain from using artificial and animal stabilizers and rely on high-quality products. Each participant receives their own cake turntable and professional equipment. Seasonal variations such as Easter, summer or Christmas designs provide creative variety. Valuable practical tips from the confectionary trade will guide you step by step.
