A bread baking course for people interested in baking bread who still have little experience baking bread and for those who want to expand their knowledge. This baking workshop is all about rye sourdough. We explain how important natural sourdough is for really good bread, how to produce, care for, use and preserve sourdough. A hearty, traditional Austrian mixed bread and a resches, hand-crafted bakery treat are baked. We give tips on how best to make bread and pastries in a home oven, what baking in a bread baking pot is all about and how stale bread in dough gives bread and pastries a special aroma and freshness.
