In this baking class, we show you how to make really good gluten-free breads. We bake with sourdoughs, various advantages, spring pieces and use techniques and a lot of time to make gluten-free breads and pastries made from rice, corn, millet and buckwheat flour really good baked goods.
Certified, gluten-free ingredients are used in this baking workshop. However, we would like to point out that the products may contain traces of gluten due to the fact that the other workshops use basic ingredients containing gluten.
