This baking course in Augsburg is aimed at experienced bakers who want to deepen their skills in making toured doughs such as butter goodies and puff pastry.
You will learn how to make excellent cake bases without baking powder as well as juicy braids and delicious wind turbines. A brief knowledge of raw materials rounds off the course.
During the course, you will be provided with soft drinks and coffee, and of course you will take home your homemade baked goods and recipes. After the course, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have free of charge.

- Butter — rubbish: You learn tourism technology from a professional for use at home. We make pork braids — with cinnamon filling and poppy seed filling.
- Butter — puff pastry: Homemade, a taste experience that no one knows anymore. We'll make wind turbines and a delicious cherry strudel.
