About this class
Discover the world of baking with us! Our course is not only dedicated to preparing delicious treats, but also provides informative raw material knowledge about composition, mode of action and baking behavior. During the course, we will of course provide you with refreshing soft drinks and aromatic coffee. If you run into problems baking at home, simply send us an email — we'll be happy to help you free of charge.
The course price includes extensive documentation, drinks and take-away pastries (tastings). You can purchase baking ingredients and selected baking tools after the end of the course. Just bring your curiosity and good humor to spend enjoyable hours together with nice people.
Please remember to bring your own apron. You can then take everything baked home with you. Please bring your own packaging materials.
