What you’ll do in the class
African cooking in Stuttgart — experience finger food & tapas
In this 5-hour cooking class, you'll dive into the world of African cuisine — with a focus on creative tapas and finger foods. Together, we prepare various small dishes and discover the variety of African flavors.
We start with hearty samusas — crispy dumplings that are filled with meat, vegetarian or vegan, as desired. We then try out new variants and develop our own creations.
As a sweet finish, we prepare pofpofs (African yeast balls) — classic or with creative flavors. Together, we test various combinations, including vegan or gluten-free.
Look forward to cooking, tasting and real African taste explosions together in a relaxed atmosphere.
