About this class

In this two-day chocolate course in Vienna, you will learn the art of making chocolate from the ground up. With high-quality Belgian chocolate coating, you will produce 24 different types of chocolates, truffles and chocolate buttons under professional guidance. Whether with or without alcohol, the variety of Christmas delicacies is ideal as a gift or as a personal treat.

You will learn the techniques of tempering, filling and decorating and can take home your homemade chocolates (approx. 130 pieces) at the end.
An empty advent calendar is included!


Please bring the following to the course:

  • Small midday snack — if you want
  • 1 small towel
  • 2 tea towels
  • Apron or work coat or clothing that may get dirty
  • If you have long hair, please use a headband
  • Flat boxes to transport the chocolates
  • On particularly warm days, possibly cold packs
  • Jacket due to low room temperature
