Get to know Tilia Ernährungsberatung

My name is Gerlind Lindner and I am a specialist consultant for holistic health. I have been studying the links between nutrition and health for 10 years. The reason was my own advanced joint disease, which I did not want to accept as a sports and exercise enthusiast. Switching to a naturally healthy plant-based diet helped me regain my health. Since then, I have been able to help many people regain their health balance.

With great enthusiasm, I create new recipes in my kitchen that meet all the requirements of a naturally healthy diet and, of course, also delight the palate.

In doing so, I want to create the connection between delicious food and physical balance. I want to inspire people (with and without health problems) to adopt a new diet and encourage them to take responsibility for their own health.

In my courses and workshops, I like to share my knowledge and experience with other people.

My workshops and courses usually take place in a large multi-purpose room with seating for up to 60 people. The light-flooded, modernly furnished room with visible half-timbered construction has an open kitchen and the technical equipment for screen presentations. In good weather, it is also possible to include the terrace with the small garden as a seating area.

My courses and workshops focus on working together in the kitchen, in which everyone can get involved creatively. In addition to learning, there is also the fun of kitchen work, the exchange of experiences with each other and, of course, the joy of eating the produced delicacies together. And what's left over is also welcome to be taken home.

My courses and workshops are also ideal as team events or for private groups. Being creative together in the kitchen, with friends, acquaintances or family members, is simply twice as much fun and increases the “sense of togetherness”. This can also reveal unexpected abilities of each individual.
