The instructor has created a pleasant, open atmosphere. Great interpersonal skills. Absolutely flawless from a technical point of view. A suitable answer to every question. The instructions/instructions are clear and straightforward. It was great fun. I actually took a lot with me (binding sauces shouldn't be experiments anymore for me: -).

I really liked the course, the practice and transfer of knowledge was very good and professional. The location was also appealing and the process was well organized, although time was a bit tight. Minus point for them cleanliness of the toilets.

Hi, I’m Anna,
I’m a professional chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London. I've been teaching aspiring cooks for 10 years – first in London, then in Frankfurt, and now around the world through my online courses. All my recipes are tried and tested by three picky eaters (my children) and my husband, who loves fine dining. My accessible, unique instructional approach incorporates simple skills, innovative techniques and classic recipes.
