Nice tour, with well-selected restaurants. The food was also very good, you could choose from the menu. The main course and dessert in the last location were specified. You could also choose another place for dessert. Otherwise, everything is well organized. A slightly different evening with good food &
drinks. It would be nice if the drinks were already included, as the evening amounts to easily 120€ per person.
Still recommended, as you get to different places than usual.:)

The food was delicious and also rich. The puzzles, on the other hand, are actually very disappointing. I would have expected more for a price of 190€! That is absolutely overpriced. 95€ per person for 3 courses of which the drinks still have to be paid for yourself in 2 of 3 locations. I'll let the AI create the puzzles in 3 minutes! It's a shame that you get ripped off in order to stay in technical language!

We took part in the culinary puzzle dinner in Cologne and were really impressed at first. The first location was excellent. Great atmosphere, great cocktails and a very friendly welcome. The second station was also absolutely convincing and made you want more.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere at the third location changed significantly. From our point of view, there was a complete lack of warmth and empathy on the part of the hosts. You had more of the feeling of being a second-class guest for whatever reason. Especially with a ticket price of around 100 euros per person, you can expect a consistently appreciative and special evening.
Overall, it must be said that the price-performance ratio was not right for us. For just under 200 euros, you can also have a wonderful evening yourself in the Belgian Quarter with significantly more enjoyment, atmosphere and hospitality.
It's a shame actually, because the idea behind the event is really great. Overall, however, we cannot recommend it.
Unfortunately that's why only 2 stars. That, for the first two locations!

It was a great experience in the best weather. It was nice that you didn't know where you were going and that you were able to get to know very cool locations. The puzzles were fairly simple and similar, but that didn't hurt the overall impression.

Overall, it was a lovely evening. I would have imagined the types of puzzles to be a bit more varied. In the end, there were only questions and sometimes even double incidents. The description advertises that participants receive dishes created especially for them/the tour at the locations. This was the case in the Squarbar and in the Löffelbar and both the reception, the atmosphere and the aperitif as well as the starter were strong. The last location had nothing to do with it anymore. As a main course, we should order something from the menu. For dessert, it would be something else. After our plates were removed from food, we remained unnoticed for a long time when it came to new drinks or desserts. In the end, it wasn't a “special” dessert, as it was called at the beginning, but cake or crème brûlée. It's all a bit careless.
All in all, a nice evening, but not what was expected and not what was being advertised for in the last location.

The selection of restaurants was very good, and the food/drinks were delicious everywhere. Especially the starters at Bären were great. Since it was very busy here, we didn't get to the next restaurant in time. We then called them and it was no problem at all to come later. At the same time, the head of the bear had informed the organizer. The staff in all locations were super friendly. Unfortunately it is expensive fun, but we will still book again...

The tour was exciting and a great experience. The atmosphere at Dejabu and Finks is pleasant, good food at Finks! Braunauer Hof is a cozy renowned restaurant, unfortunately the food here was rather mediocre and therefore not recommended in our opinion.

It was really cool to get to know new locations in Stuttgart that you probably wouldn't have visited otherwise.
We would have hoped that it would be more puzzles, as it is also a culinary puzzle tour. But it was a lovely evening for us.

We enjoyed the puzzle dinner itself, we didn't like it at all in the vegetarian restaurant. Curry or sour sauce had been poured over everything. At the main course and dessert restaurant, you could choose the main course, we took the cod, which was very delicious. Unfortunately, there was a very sweet cartffel mash and radishes marinated in sour, which we didn't like either. The open kitchen is very nice, but the cook should know that you don't lick the cooking spoon and then keep stirring with it. The next dessert was very good.

However, the puzzles must be solved almost exclusively with a mobile phone. A bit more scavenger hunt feeling would be great.

It's actually a cool idea but unfortunately it fails a bit when it comes to implementation. Value for money is simply not right.
The puzzles are not real puzzles but only questions about the city and then also poorly asked. Either you know the answer or you have to look at the solutions, where the answer word is displayed directly (there are no clues). We would have liked more variety, because in my opinion it is not a puzzle dinner but at most a quiz dinner!
In the 2nd location, Becheid was not told that we were coming, so there was no reservation and everything was squashed, sometimes without a seat.
In general, I have to say that the food was fantastic! But the only problem was that 9.50€ was charged for a bottle of water in the 3rd location.

The first and second restaurants were really great, service and food very good, the third restaurant didn't quite match our eating habits for a bit later. It would have been nice to have a slightly lighter diet to choose from. Service very nice but you would have had to hold on to the plate as soon as it was finished, it was already gone... not so nice! Otherwise, the last location of the solution would also be very exciting; we had only found out BRAUNEHOF... good that we knew something about and had found the Braunauer Hof. Otherwise a very nice tour.

I loved the idea of a puzzle tour. The first location was great, great cocktails. Unfortunately, I didn't like the other two locations so much in terms of food. Expectations were very high from your photos of the course. You also expect a meal like this. But it was a lovely evening and it was fun.

Location 2 Luups was good, free choice of starter.
Location 3 Nice life was bad. There was only a selection of 2 main courses. We waited an hour for this. The steak was inedible.

I was a bit disappointed because last year I did the puzzle dinner tour and thought there were other locations available. The Londoner and also the Luups were perfect again. The beautiful life was really disappointing this time. We were able to choose between truffle risotto and flank steak. My colleague chose the steak, I chose the risotto. After half an hour, we were told that there was only rump steak left, and my colleague agreed. She was not asked how she would have fried it and a steak knife was only handed when asked. It was hard and not exactly edible. Since this tour was a gift from me, she didn't want to let it go back. Then there was the question about dessert, you would still have curd cream or apple strudel with ice cream or just ice cream. My colleague opted for what was obviously the last curd cream, which was unfortunately very watery. I think that if you take part in a tour like this and the restaurant knows how many people are coming, it shouldn't happen that you catch the last dessert, prepare it poorly. I found the question at 9:45pm whether we would like another hot drink because otherwise the coffee machine would be cleaned. All in all, it took a very long time there when it came to the main course and dessert. Too bad, I was really embarrassed because it was a gift. In conclusion, I can only say that the first two locations are highly recommended

We had a lovely evening but wouldn't necessarily recommend the puzzle dinner tour.
The puzzles were faulty. In two out of three puzzles, you couldn't find the exact word you were looking for because one letter was wrong. Wilsa instead of Wilma and B Siebzehe instead of B Seventeen. In addition, the puzzles were absolutely uncreative. If you don't live in Karlsruhe, which we don't do, you have to Google everything anyway. Pretty clumsy. You could definitely put more effort into the puzzles and make them more creative.
Then we found the order funny. Why do you first eat an appetizer at Wilma and then have an aperitif at Bar Joli? It would be much nicer the other way around. Arrive at Bar Joli first and then enjoy the starter at Wilma.
Basically, we found the service in all three locations extremely nice. We already knew Wilma. Otherwise we would never have gone to the other two locations, although we also have to admit that despite the nice service, we wouldn't go there again. In B17, there was food on the Hot Stone (vegetarian/fish). The type of food was definitely interesting, but it absolutely did not appeal to us in terms of taste. The selection of drinks was average and the dessert (tiramisu) is just for coffee lovers. There are definitely interesting cocktails at Bar Joli, you can tell the bartender's passion, but the atmosphere in the bar didn't convince us to go back. Still, the bar is absolutely beautifully decorated, with lots of love. It just wasn't our case, but we would still recommend a visit.
We really liked Wilma Wunder. We would love to go there again. We loved it here that you could choose the starter yourself.
We also thought it was a pity that the dessert was not offered in a fourth location. But that is also in the booking description, as not a real point of criticism.
All in all, it had served its purpose, you come out and get to know new things and have a nice evening.
In terms of price, I would say it's okay. At Wilma we ate something for just under €15, the cocktail cost €15, the hot stone with meat is €40, the dessert maybe just under €10. So you get just under 70€-80€ and of course it's understandable that you still want to earn something from the organization.

The restaurants were wonderfully selected and well coordinated.
One highlight led to another. The owners/waitstaff were all very friendly, sociable and happy to attend.
The dishes and drinks were delicious, we would love to come back.

We enjoyed the tour in part, but found it overpriced for what was on offer and not really worth the money overall. We were disappointed that the first restaurant was a Spanish restaurant that served us soup as an appetizer (we were wondering if we should have a choice) and felt that we were being pushed to buy a drink. Another problem was that the first and third stops were right next to each other, so we had to walk back to our starting point for about 10 minutes. In our experience, we would have preferred not to get an appetizer.
However, we found the drink stop and bar very nice, and the food in the last restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant.
