Micronutrients are essential for our body and regulate, among other things, crucial metabolic processes, our cell growth and have antioxidant effects. Because of our often very unhealthy lifestyle today — poor diet, little exercise, lots of stress, little sleep — many people have various nutritional deficiencies. As a result, various problems can occur, such as permanent tiredness, headaches, constant infections or even intolerance to some foods. Our bodies often only complain of such symptoms when some of our depots are already very empty. That is why it is definitely important as a preventative measure to ensure a healthy and nutrient-rich diet. So that such complaints do not even occur in the first place.
How does this activity work?
In this course, we cook dishes together that cover our nutritional requirements well throughout the day and thus contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
You will receive helpful tips and tricks on which foods can be combined well to ensure optimal absorption of nutrients. I will also show you alternatives with which you can meet your needs even if you have various intolerances or special diets.
Who should definitely take part?
The cooking class is suitable for anyone who would like to cook a delicious menu together. Therefore, even if you are an absolute beginner, you can take part in the course. No previous knowledge is necessary, you will be taught everything you need.
