What is behind sushi live cooking throughout Germany?
We focus just as much on the selection of products we work with and professional workmanship as on entertaining your guests. The quality of food is absolutely paramount. The fish comes directly from France, salmon Label Rouge from Scotland, vegetables and fruit are delivered from a selected organic supplier in the region.
How does live cooking work?
All sushi is made or finished live on site. This guarantees absolute freshness and full enjoyment. We are also happy to answer questions and explain the background of our work while making the sushi. We will bring all necessary work materials. The food is served on small palm leaf plates, served with chopsticks, wasabi, ginger and all associated sauces.
Who is live cooking suitable for?
Our mobile sushi bar can be integrated into almost all event concepts, whether at home or at corporate events. Sushi live cooking can be booked from 65 euros per person, for a group of 30 people or more. The price may vary depending on the distance to our preparation kitchen and cooking school in 40667 Meerbusch, near Düsseldorf. The number of people, type of event and location must be coordinated.

What to bring?
Depending on local conditions, we need a maximum of two hours on site to prepare for a live cooking assignment.
A work area of approx. 2-3 square meters at a height of 90 cm is required as a workplace.
Access to running water should be ensured.

We bring everything we need to prepare and serve the sushi. The food is served on small palm leaf plates, served with chopsticks, wasabi, ginger and all associated sauces.
By prior arrangement, we will agree on an amount of sushi and set a time window for serving. Since we offer this concept throughout Germany, it is highly recommended that you make an appointment before booking. Each event is individually planned with your key data,
