About this class
In this workshop, you will dive into the world of abstract painting and create your own work of art on an unprimed canvas (raw canvas). Raw linen offers a very special surface: The colors are absorbed in different ways, run smoother and create organic, modern effects that are typical of contemporary abstract art. You will learn various techniques to intuitively combine colors, build structures and find your personal expression — without any pressure to perform.
We provide all materials — only the canvas of your desired size is purchased locally, so you can flexibly decide how big your work of art should be. Several canvases can also be painted at the same time to create a large total work of art.
Choose your local canvas size:
Various sizes from 40 x 50 cm to 80 x 100 cm are available.
This regulation gives you maximum freedom in design and ensures transparent workshop costs. Payment is made on the day of the course. You can also create multiple works of art.

- Welcome and introduction to the world of abstract art on raw canvas
- Presentation of various techniques
- Choose your canvas size (buy locally)
- Step-by-step support during the painting process — intuitive, free and without pressure to perform
- Time to experiment, try out and find your own style
- Final round with the opportunity to photograph your work of art
