Class description
The crooked sack should not be missing from any genuine Palatinate menu. In this seminar, you will learn how to make the combination of bratwurst and liver dumplings yourself, what you need and everything that matters.
How does this activity work?
First, I'll explain to you which raw materials you need for the types of sausage you produce, how to cut the meat correctly and we'll put together the other ingredients such as spices and salt. You can then season, grind, mix and, if necessary, fill the basic ingredients into sausage casings. The sausages are then cooked and at the end, of course, there is a tasting of the food produced. What we can't eat directly is distributed among the participants and the recipes and lots of tips are also available.
Who should definitely take part?
Anyone with a desire for good handmade food is suitable. Children from around 8 years to 12 years of age can join in free of charge with their parents or supervisors.
Details to remember

Drinks are included in the seminar. At the end, each participant receives the recipes for the types of sausages produced in printed form to imitate at home.
