About this class

Immerse yourself in the culinary diversity of Europe! In our “Pasta & Street Food from Europe” workshop, you will learn in small groups how to prepare traditional European dishes such as apple strudel, paella and much more.

 

Where does pasta & street food from Europe take place?

The course takes place at the Edelweiss Cooking School in Salzburg.

 

What you’ll do in the class

  • You start in a small group of 3-5 people and make an apple strudel together.
  • We then form four teams, each creating a typical European dish:
    • Greek melitzanosalata (eggplant cream)
    • Spanish seafood paella
    • Polish pierogi with mushrooms
    • Italian picci with lamb stew
  • Finally, all dishes are tasted and enjoyed together.
