Immerse yourself in the culinary diversity of Europe! In our “Pasta & Street Food from Europe” workshop, you will learn in small groups how to prepare traditional European dishes such as apple strudel, paella and much more.
Where does pasta & street food from Europe take place?
The course takes place at the Edelweiss Cooking School in Salzburg.
How does this activity work?
- You start in a small group of 3-5 people and make an apple strudel together.
- We then form four teams, each creating a typical European dish:
- Greek melitzanosalata (eggplant cream)
- Spanish seafood paella
- Polish pierogi with mushrooms
- Italian picci with lamb stew
- Finally, all dishes are tasted and enjoyed together.

The course is perfect for anyone who loves cooking and wants to try out new European recipes. Whether you're a beginner or advanced — everyone is welcome here!
