Before the course, you can choose and prepare a cake base in peace and quiet. You can choose between a juicy chocolate base or an airy vanilla base.
In the course itself, I'll show you how we make one of the best butter creams out there. Many are skeptical at first, but after this course you'll love buttercream. You decide whether your cream is vanilla or chocolatey — and if you feel like having some brunch, you can even mix in nuts.
The creative highlight is the decoration: step by step, we turn your cake into a real retro television. You can work with fondant or marzipan — just the way you like it best. For the “screen”, I provide you with various edible pictures on contact paper, which you can choose in advance.
At the end of the course, you will have your very personal TV cake in your hands — a real work of art that tastes delicious and awakens childhood memories at the same time.
