Start your journey to more fitness and endurance with our running course for beginners at Eilenriede Hannover. In this course, you will gradually learn how to run healthily and economically in a supportive group. The training starts with walk-run intervals, which systematically increase over the weeks until you can run for 30 minutes at a time. With a moderate pace of 6:00 to 7:00 min/km, you strengthen your cardiovascular system and stabilize your endurance. The course starts with an approximately 10-minute warm-up and concludes with stretching exercises.
