Discover the joy of running with our running course for beginners in Eilenriede Hannover! In a motivating group, you will learn how to run healthily and economically step by step. The training starts with walk-run intervals, which are systematically extended over the weeks until you can finally run at a moderate pace for 30 minutes in a row. Your cardiovascular system and endurance are strengthened and stabilized. The course starts with around 10 minutes of warm-up and concludes with stretching exercises to optimally support your body.

- Alternate 1 minute running and walking, weekly increase in running intervals
