In this cozy live online cooking class, Ms. Bunt shows you how to create a complete, warm pumpkin menu using the one-tray technique. Forget complicated cooking with ten pots! Roasted Hokkaido, Pumkin Spice mashed sweet potato, caramelized pears and either tofu or meatballs - all perfectly coordinated from a single tray.
