- Introduction to the world of coffee: cultivation, processing and quality characteristics
- Basics of green coffee: defects and storage
- Roasting techniques: roasting phases and roasting profiles
- Operating the Aillio Bullet R1 V2 roaster
- Practical exercise: roast 500g of your own coffee and take it home
- Tasting: Influences of roasting profiles on the flavor profile
- Cleaning and maintenance of machines and devices
