Seminar goal: Getting to know the rules for combining cheese and wine, discovering your own preferences and perceptions, and an enjoyable evening.

How does this activity work?

Experience classic and surprising combinations, discover new cheeses and wines and experience how delicious the right combination can be.

For each of the Italian cheeses, we try two Italian white and red wines together and describe and evaluate the combination and the taste effect of cheese and wine on each other.
