The course is for everyone who takes their health into their own hands. Thore is a great host and course instructor who is happy to answer every question and give good tips. Not only did we have a fun evening, we also learned a lot and will now start fermenting ourselves. Gaining knowledge this way is much faster than through books or videos and is also much more fun! Thank you, Thore!
