- Kombucha and sparkling wine as an aperitif and small appetizer
- lots of fun, knowledge, all ingredients and inspiration
- tea, coffee, water. Beer & wine is limited to 2 glasses per person.
- Aprons are provided
- All recipes will be sent by email afterwards
- Each participant takes home at least 3 glasses of homemade ferments
