A pleasure trip through Austria. In this cooking class in Hanover, you will cook the great classics of alpine cuisine — hearty, down-to-earth and with lots of love for the craft.
Step by step, you will learn techniques that turn simple ingredients into genuine Austrian cuisine.
Depending on the season and group, the menu includes, for example:
- Cheese dumplings with bird salad and seed oil
- Paprized cabbage soup with lemon thyme
- Fried chicken with Styrian potato salad
- Spinach dumplings with hazelnut butter
- Homemade butter spätzle

- Kaiserschmarrn with plum roaster
- Michelin star chef: Your course instructor Felix Haller gained experience in houses with a total of 3 Michelin stars, including two years at the 2-star Tim Raue restaurant in Berlin.
- Elegant location: Our stylish cooking studio is located in Calenberger Neustadt, in the middle of Hanover.
- Unique recipes: All recipes come from Felix Haller himself.
