Roll up your sleeves and learn how to bake two of Austria's most popular desserts: apple strudel and the unmistakable soufflé — Salzburger Nockerl.
How does this activity work?
- Course participants make an apple strudel together in small groups (approx. 3 - 5 people).
- Each participant then tries their own Salzburger Nockerl.
- While both desserts are baking in the oven, a hearty goulash soup is served.
