Roll up your sleeves and learn how to bake two of Austria's most popular desserts: apple strudel and the unmistakable soufflé — Salzburger Nockerl.

What you’ll do in the class

  • Course participants make an apple strudel together in small groups (approx. 3 - 5 people).
  • Each participant then tries their own Salzburger Nockerl.
  • While both desserts are baking in the oven, a hearty goulash soup is served.
  • There is a vegetarian alternative: lentil ragout.
  • For dessert, we have apple strudel and Salzburger Nockerl.
