After booking, you can choose your course topic. There are three topics to choose from:
- Macaroons
- Preparation of macarons and various fillings, adapted to the season.
After filling, the macarons are spiced up with small chocolate decorations you make yourself. - Cupcake Party
To do this, we make seasonal creams to fill and decorate. The cupcakes are decorated with homemade small chocolate decorations, nougat and colorful meringue polka dots. - Bento Cakes We
also make a fruity cream for filling and a Swiss buttercream to coat the cakes. With various piping nozzles and colored cream, we decorate the cakes in a bright design. - colorful gingerbread hearts
