About this class
Greet and discuss the recipes in our Welcome Area.
Together, we prepare three different cookie batters. It gets fruity, exotic, nutty and chocolaty.
While the cookies bake and cool down, we make toppings such as creamy caramel, natural fruit puree, chocolate frosting, and a tonka bean cream cheese frosting.
I'll show you decoration techniques as well as how to use the piping bag and various piping nozzles to decorate the cookies.
After we have tasted all types of cookies, you will take home a mixed cookie box.
I'll tell you the secret of how cookies stay crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft and juicy on the inside.
