Day seminar — vegetarian and gluten-free:
In this cooking class, you will learn the practical and theoretical basics of Ayurvedic nutrition. We start the day with a hot breakfast cereal. You will learn how to make ghee (clarified butter), vegetable mung dal (legumes), a vegetable dish, a plum chutney, a lassi, a chai (Indian spiced tea) and a spiced rice. You will experience the effects of various spices such as asafoetida or fenugreek seeds and get to know the 6 rasas (flavors). We will then enjoy Ayurvedic dishes together in a pleasant atmosphere. A healthy and delicious sweet completes our meal. Let yourself be surprised! The recipes are compiled according to holistic dietary guidelines. Most of the food comes from organic farming.
