About this class
We organize top-level Peruvian cooking classes. Peruvian cuisine with unique recipes that we will cook together step by step. The course is conducted by Monica Orjeda, operator of bodega Lima and cooking instructor. Here you will not only learn the basics of Peruvian cuisine such as preparing ceviche, tiraditos and causa, but great “aderezos” are also conjured up as a basis for the stews. You'll be introduced to tips, techniques, recipes and secrets of Peruvian cuisine.
You will also get addresses of Hamburg insider shops where you can buy the groceries.
- 4 to 6 course meals featuring various techniques and traditions.
- In small groups of 8 to a maximum of 12 people (minimum participants 8 PAX).
