Class description
If we were all the same, it would be so easy...
but also very boring.
Time and again in our lives, we encounter people to whom we react particularly negatively, who trigger us, who are difficult for us.
In this workshop, we'll look at why this is the case and how we can do it differently.
You get to know yourself and others better. Look forward to surprising insights!
When we understand how the other person works, what needs lie behind the behavior, we can communicate much more clearly and respectfully, avoid misunderstandings and tackle joint projects.
This supports us in working together in private and professional environments and leads to greater tolerance and understanding for yourself and others.
You will recognize that the differences of your fellow human beings can also be seen as an asset, because everyone contributes with different abilities.
True to the motto of musician Kamasi Washington: “Diversity doesn't have to be tolerated, but celebrated! ”
I am Annette and a passionate mindfulness and meditation teacher for over 12 years.
My participants love my ability to create a feel-good space for everyone (including online; -) and to explain complex things in a nutshell and with humor suitable for everyday use.

Participant testimonials - Excerpt from Proven Expert:
“I really like the course. I feel really decelerated afterwards. Sometimes I'm really tired afterwards, but yesterday, for example, I had a lot of energy and sorted through the living room cupboards. That was super effective. I lacked that power before! I am very grateful to you, Annette :-)) “
“... a good transition between mental “work” and physical experiences.
I never had the feeling of heaviness, there was always a little surprise and a wink...”
“I just got off the train, completely stressed and now I'm completely relaxed”
“Annette has a wonderfully calming and appropriate voice and a very pleasant voice to take me away — you really like to listen to her and feel completely in good hands. Her immensely calm nature helps me concentrate — great!”
“Annette Friedrich has succeeded so well in picking me up from everyday life with all the stressful thoughts and worries and finding my true center through the path of relaxation. Thank you so much, dear Annette!”
“Very carefully and quietly but with lasting effects, small changes have crept into my everyday life. I've learned a lot about myself and am now dealing with myself better. Thank you very much!!”
“I learned great exercises for everyday life, which I can now use alone when needed and therefore always “have with me.”
“Annette always manages to bring me into harmony with myself.
Her face-to-face and virtual courses/seminars are enlightening and include a variety of practical tips that can be implemented, above all, in everyday life. I am already looking forward to further meetings and have promptly subscribed to their newsletter. ”
