Absolutely amazing courses. You learn about making chocolate and making your own chocolate bar. The course leader is very passionate about chocolate and has a huge knowledge. Thank you for the experience.

Very interesting! We learned a lot about chocolate, made our own piece and tried around 12 types of chocolate. Highly recommended!

Very friendly people! They think along with you and provide a tailor-made experience. Both communication and execution were great. The workshop was very informative. We've learned a lot about the differences between cocoa beans and between homemade chocolate and mass production. The chocolate was a treat, so we bought out the shop after the workshop.

Overall, I really enjoyed the course. We were looked after nicely and competently and Rosa Canina has excellent, meticulously handcrafted chocolate and I have learned a lot. The only thing I found was the exhausting and long standing in the kitchen suboptimal; I would have liked a seat.

Hello, the course/workshop was very disappointing. It was described as a workshop but turned out to be more of a sales event. The pure work with chocolate took about 1 minute, otherwise it was just a matter of facts and figures. Why the workshop still cost €60.00 per person is a mystery to me. I am very disappointed and will neither book nor recommend it again!

Very nice course, very nice instructor, recommended course! I don't want to reveal too much, but it was definitely fun, very informative and in the end everyone picked up the homemade chocolate.hmm

A lot of interesting facts was taught about cocoa, the unexpectedly complicated processes of chocolate production, etc., and there were some tastings. Finally, you can make “your own” chocolate. However, the chocolate itself is ready and you can pour it into the mold. For us, it was a bit different than expected. There is little you can do yourself. It's more like a factory tour. In any case, chocolate is now much more important to us.

We all really enjoyed it. It was a really informative and varied undertaking 😊 The only thing we had in mind was the production of our own chocolate (e.g. that you could create a lot more yourself), but that didn't detract from the whole thing. Organization and communication with confetti was quick and easy. Thank you very much for that.

The workshop was really exceptionally interesting and well done. It could even be a little longer than 2 hours straight away. Otherwise I would leave everything that way.

Get to know Rosa Canina Chocolate

Bean-to-bar means: From bean to table. And that is exactly what we do at our factory in Berlin-Mitte: From bare cocoa beans and in several steps — from roasting to grinding to packaging. In a cozy small group, you will learn everything about growing, harvesting, fermenting and processing cocoa in our workshop.
