What you’ll do in the class
Discover how cocoa becomes handcrafted chocolate in Berlin:
- Learn about the origin, cultivation, harvesting and fermentation of cocoa.
- Follow the journey from cocoa bean to roasted chocolate.
- Taste different chocolates and explore their flavors and origins.
- Create your own chocolate in a small group of up to 10 people.
The workshop lasts around two hours and is held in English.
