My name is Anna and since 2018 I have had my cereal factory in beautiful Köpenick not far from the old town, where we produce our cereal specialties. Offering people organic granolas that are healthy, foolish and at the same time sustainably produced and unique in taste is the idea behind the founding of my company HaferZeit.

Our concept is based on the idea of the slow food movement. We regard the quality and origin of valuable organic foods as just as important as their sustainable production.

For more than 3 years, I have been offering all kinds of cereal workshops with my employee Lena. For young and old, beginners and advanced users. Whether as a birthday event, Christmas party, team event, etc., we always enjoy meeting new people and sharing our knowledge about flakes, seeds, nuts and fruits.
