As a trained brewer and brewmaster, my professional career has always revolved around the topic of beer. But there was always the idea of having your own beer and your own brewery. The desire to introduce people to the craft of brewing beer, even to make people brewers themselves wherever they want! I couldn't get this idea out of my head anymore. So we started the first brewing tests in the local kitchen and in the garden.

For the first brew, the mash was prepared in a large cooking pot, then the drill was used as a stirrer. However, due to the high speed, the kitchen was slightly lined with mash. Much to the housewife's chagrin.

To cool, the broth was then brought out into the courtyard to be cooled in the snow. Fermentation should then take place in the office. During this time, the office smelled of carbon dioxide and the constant rumble of the flow cooler made other work almost impossible.

Fortunately, those days are over! — Now only brewing is done professionally in the brewery barn. The shower barn, in which large stainless steel vats are now waiting for use, used to be used as a stable and machine shelter.

A lot of sweat and many hours of work later, the brewery building was officially opened in September 2016.
