Get to know Be in Balance
Nothing is more important than staying calm and able to act even in challenging times. With a balanced inner attitude, you can see things more clearly, act proactively and make good decisions.
I offer seminars and trainings on resilience, stress prevention and Ayurveda. In doing so, I combine modern psychological and social science findings with approaches and practices from Eastern philosophy and Ayurvedic health theory.
Numerous studies show that work has a major impact on people's satisfaction, performance and health. When working conditions are right and appreciation and trust are lived out in everyday working life, employees show greater resilience and deal with stress more constructively.
The aim of my trainings is not for you to optimize yourself in order to please others better. That would also not be so easy. It's about enjoying life more and enjoying it. When you are mentally and physically in balance, you do a lot better than if you are constantly annoyed, worried or afraid.
The word “Ayurveda” comes from Sanskrit, the ancient standard language of India and translates as “the knowledge of life.” Ayurveda covers all areas of human life and is suitable both for alleviating, healing and preventing physical and emotional ailments. It helps to maintain health and revitalize. Western medicine is increasingly recognizing that Ayurveda is much more than a wellness trend, but a complete system of diagnosis and therapy based on empirically proven healing knowledge. In India and neighboring countries, Ayurveda is recognized by the state and is on an equal footing with Western medicine. The WHO has also long recognized Ayurveda as a medical science.
With its holistic approach, Ayurveda is becoming increasingly important in the western world and can be combined excellently with modern psychological approaches and (relaxation) techniques.
Decide for yourself whether you want a combination of these two approaches or focus on a “classic” offering to strengthen resilience or prevent stress.
