About this class
Yoga is the path of love. In every breath, in every activity and in every moment. Yoga practice gives us tools and techniques to learn and practice mindfulness and awareness.
This week, you have the opportunity to take part in open hours and group lessons as part of mindfulness.
From Monday to Friday, you will have a total of 6 hours in open lessons and an additional 3 topic lessons. Your accommodation will be Strandhotel Baabe, in one of the beautiful standard double rooms, including breakfast.

What you’ll do in the class
- Conscious withdrawal of the senses
- Concentrated posture
- Conscious breathing and pranal steering
- Relaxation exercises
- Teaching 5 yoga practices: body positions, breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, positive thinking and meditation, healthy eating

The course is suitable for anyone who wants to integrate yoga into their lives or even wants to try it out, to prevent and maintain health as well as to have a balancing and positive effect on existing symptoms.
