How many times did Yoga Nidra save my day back when I couldn't sleep at night and dreaded every day with lots of appointments!

After that, I always felt rested, refreshed and confident.

It is not for nothing that yoga nidra is one of the supreme disciplines when it comes to really calming down, regenerating and switching off.

It is a type of psychological sleep in which physical, mental and emotional activities come to rest. The effect of yoga nidra is therefore deeper than conventional relaxation methods.

How does this activity work?

  • After a short theoretical introduction (you would also like to know what's happening there, right?)
  • Lie down completely relaxed in a supine position on a yoga mat (possibly with a pillow and blanket).
  • You're listening to the trainer's instructions.
  • The trainer guides you through the various phases of Yoga Nidra with her voice.
  • Relaxation comes naturally, you don't have to do anything about it.
