About this class

In this wildlife processing course in Brandenburg, you will learn in a practical way how a wild animal is processed from A to Z. Together, you will professionally cut down a deer and gain valuable knowledge about meat production, conservation and further processing.

Under the guidance of experienced outdoor and survival trainers, you do the work yourself: from removing the blanket to rough and fine disassembly to ready-to-cook processing. In doing so, we combine proven survival methods with modern techniques. You will also learn how skin and fur can be reused and what traditional and contemporary methods exist for preserving meat.

As a special highlight, you will prepare meals together from the game meat you have obtained. High-quality food is included. The day course takes place on a former farm in Walchow near Fehrbellin and offers you intensive learning in a small group of up to 12 people.
