Enjoy autumn, winter & spring in our stylish wine cellar with a delicious seasonal menu of four courses and matching wines.
Sample menu:
- Starters: baked Hokkaido with pea and mint pesto & marinated beetroot salmon, small salad
- Soup: Autumn potato - cauliflower soup with bread chips, granta apple & roasted cauliflower
- Main course: Roasted roast leg of lamb in balsamic jus bean gruel & hazelback potatoes
- Dessert: curd dumplings on plum ragout with honey vanilla ice cream

How does this activity work?
It starts with a joint champagne reception and finger food. Sufficient bread & dips are served with it.
Our sommelier will guide you through the evening and introduce you to the winery and the wines that go with the menu.
There is plenty of water, still & medium on the tables. At the end of the menu, we will be happy to prepare an espresso for you.
Who should definitely take part?
For everyone who likes to enjoy and appreciate a good wine. No previous knowledge is required.
Also suitable as an exclusive event for groups of 10 people or more (on request).
