What is the process?
Welcome to the culinary workshop, the Secco will already be ready for you. After a brief introduction, we move on to discussing which menu we are going to cook together.
Your menu could look like this, which of course always depends on the season and availability
Starter: Risotto of young spinach & small tomatoes with prawns & fresh herbs
Soup: carrot and orange soup with flamed scallops
Main course: tenderloin of golden bream in Rheingau Riesling foam with fried spring vegetables & saffron potatoes
Dessert: Classic crêpes suzette with orange sauce & homemade vanilla ice cream
Where does the cooking class take place?
The cooking class takes place regularly in Darmstadt. The location offers a relaxed atmosphere, with modern cuisine.
We are already looking forward to seeing you in our cooking class. We promise you a great experience that you will remember for a long time.
What you’ll do in the class
- Secco at the reception, all other following drinks included
- red & white wine,
- Bitburger Group bottled beer also non-alcoholic,
- Soft drinks Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Water Still & Medium
- A-juice & O-juice
- Discussion of what we prepare together & then the recipes are distributed
- Cook together until everything is ready, approx. 2 h
- The individual courses are then gradually prepared and eaten together.
- After or with dessert, the espresso is queried
- After that, the course is over
Who is the class suitable for?
The course can be booked individually for groups or corporate events, and the date can then be booked by appointment. Alternatively, for singles or couples who want to cook together with others on fixed dates.
